Gretchen Keyser, President and Managing Broker, became a real estate professional after a 20 year career in Marketing and Sales. In her first two months in business she sold her first house and has never looked back. In her first year, she sold 27 houses and received Rookie of the Year for her office at Coldwell Banker. She was also named Best Agent Citizen for a number of years. After 7 years with Coldwell Banker, she made the move to the ‘new to Atlanta’ Keller Williams Realty and was one of the first 50 agents to join in the Atlanta area. She became a top-producing agent, achieving a life membership in the Atlanta Board of REALTORS Million Dollar Club. She opened a new brokerage for Exit Realty in 2007 and discovered that she wanted to work for herself, which led to the opening of Key Realty in 2009. Gretchen is a graduate of Agnes Scott College in Decatur, and has lived in (and sold in) many areas of metro Atlanta.
She received her Brokers license in 1997. She is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Leadership Development Course, an Accredited Buyers Representative, An Accredited Sellers Representative, Accredited Relocation Consultant, Certified Relocation Consultant, HUD One America At Home with Diversity certified, certified eBuyer agent, Certified Residential Referral Specialist, and most recently completed service on the Atlanta Board of REALTORS multi-board Professional Standards Committee hearing cases for ethics disputes. As a Black Belt Trainer for Keller Williams, Gretchen was known for leading lively classes balanced by knowledge, credibility, energy and humor. Her ability to clearly communicate information and material to others creates a high level of effective business operation.
Lindsy Wingfield, Professional Sales Agent, has been in real estate for 2 years, and comes to the industry by way of telecommunications. Lindsy is a native Atlantan, and knows the city very well. A newlywed, Lindsy is enjoying life at home with her new husband, Howard.
Dee Neal, a single mother of two, sells properties quickly in a down market, using a hybrid strategy that includes traditional marketing and social networking. This fresh way of doing business has enabled her to sell more properties in a small amount of time.
A native of Philadelphia, Dee has been a real estate professional for the last 4 years and has 10 years of customer service experience. She always puts the customer first. Her niche has been selling to single mothers, a rapidly increasing market. In 2009, 100% of Dee's closings resulted from client referrals!
Most recently, Dee has been selling in the Philadelphia area, but is returning to her Georgia connections, with her two boys, ages 14 and 4. She previously resided in Georgia for 6 years. Dee has a degree in Management from Pierce College and has studied Theatre at Temple University and Freedom Theatre in Philadelphia, PA. She operates with this guiding principle in mind:

Mike Doll is a long-time resident of Georgia and has been involved in commercial sales and leases, brokerage management and development and software development for real estate. He lives in South Forsyth with his wife, and they are empty nesters.
